Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Interesting little fact that I learned from a TIME article: Cinco de Mayo originally marked the day that a small village in Mexico defeated the much larger and better equipped French army during the Civil War.  It has been celebrated in the United States since the 1860s and has evolved into a day of festivities honoring the Mexican culture.
